ViaClarus Advises Issuer in the Successful LAU Infra Group IPO

ViaClarus is pleased to announce its participation as advisor to the issuer in the successful initial public offering (IPO) of LAU Infra Group AS, one of the most significant developments in the Latvian capital market in recent years.

The IPO resulted in investors acquiring 3,944,893 shares with a total value of EUR 6.19 million, attracting 1,981 investors from Latvia and across the Baltic region. Particularly noteworthy was the participation of the leading Baltic pension funds managed by INVL, SEB, Swedbank and Luminor, highlighting strong institutional confidence in LAU Infra Group's business model, financial performance and future growth prospects.

Following the offering, institutional investors received 53% of the allocated shares, while retail investors received the remaining 47%, creating a balanced and diversified shareholder base. The Latvian state will retain an 89% ownership stake, ensuring continued control over this strategically important infrastructure company.

LAU Infra Group is one of Latvia's leading infrastructure companies, providing road construction and maintenance services, producing mineral materials and delivering strategically important national defence infrastructure projects. In 2025, the company reported revenue of EUR 97.1 million and net profit of EUR 7.4 million. According to the company's published financial forecasts, it intends to pursue a dividend-focused shareholder return policy targeting an average annual dividend yield of approximately 7% during 2026 and 2027.
